What is reconditioning?

            This is Bally's
Popeye pinball.

Before I show you
the finished game,
take a look
on how it got
that way.....
This is what we call

RECONDITIONING




First thing we do is remove all the ramps
and gizmos on the playfield. Everything is
taken apart, cleaned and repaired. We even
fix rounded-out screw holes, so everything
fits snug, just like when the game was new.













Here's a close-up of the
area underneath the
mini-playfield.
All the rubbers already have been replaced, and the pop bumpers are ready to go!











Here's a close up of the under side of the
mini-playfield. The game designers
made it so it would "flip-up" for servicing.
It also has two flippers , and they
have been completely rebuilt .









Now that both the playfields are ready, we can start to reassemble the game. Everything is installed and adjusted as we go along.
 It does look a bit
like a jigsaw puzzle
right now.....
Don't worry, we know where
all the parts go!






Not so fast---We aren't done yet!
We still have work to do UNDER the playfield.
As you can see, the main playfield lifts up
for servicing, just like the little one.
There's more "stuff" to clean and adjust
and more flippers to rebuild.
After that, there's some minor cosmetic work done to the cabinet and back head, and the chrome legs and rails are scrubbed and polished.
Attention is paid to the finest detail, right down to the coin door.
 Your game will also have the final rendition
                                      of the software that was designed for it.

This game was introduced in 1994.
 This is a very popular game for in the home.
        It appeals to all ages.































 Here you see the finished game in our showroom,ready to go. There's a close-up of the completed playfield, too. As you can see, we managed  to put all the parts back  where they belonged. The game plays as good as it looks, maybe better!
