THE EDISON CORNER
My Dad still owns the first Edison Phonograph he bought over thirty years ago. He says he didn't know anything about them at the time, but figured if someone could design and make something, he could figure out how to fix it. This simple desire soon became a lifelong obsession! I grew up surrounded by so much that Thomas Edison invented, you could have easily mistook my home for his factory. It is a labor of love to take machines that have been neglected and forgotten in someone's attic, and turn back time to make them look and play "showroom new" again.
I take pride in restoring these fine old machines back to their original shape, from the refinishing the metal parts right down to restoring the wood covers and cases.
I know it would make Thomas Alva Edison proud,
because my Dad taught me how to do it right.
We can't always update our wesite
to show only current stock,
so we have included some photos
of the more commonly available machines
and accessories, to give you
an idea of what to expect
when you come and see us.
Please e-mail us
with any questions.
