We do ALL pinball board repairs in-house.
We don't need to send them away to be repaired
by a second party, as do many of our competitors.
We determine the condition of the board
upon arrival and can offer an estimated cost
prior to repair.
All repaired boards are thoroughly checked
and tested before they are returned
to the customer.
All boards sent to LM must have a
customer RMA number attached to the outside of the box
or they will be returned to sender unopened.
Before you E-mail us for your RMA number, please know the name and manufacturer of your game, and what types of problems you are experencing. We will instruct you how to send the board to us. Please include a $35.00 payment for the estimate, plus return shipping costs. When we e-mail or call you on your board diagnosis, and you opt for repair, the estimate will be applied to your repair costs. If not, we will return the board to you unrepaired, for just the estimate and shipping cost.
